Although I like the quote, I think it is a bit of a stretch. It really suggests that the point of life is eating and eating and eating as long as we can. That might be the most obvious point, but it is not the whole point. People need to have the right level of exercise and the right amounts of food, and not only do we need to eat to exercise, we need to exercise to eat. We should eat to exercise.
Yes, but there are many other parts of life that also are important, like finding a partner or having a job. And you should definitely exercise to have a good job. I know that all the skinny people I know are extremely thin, but I don’t think that’s the whole story. Sure, exercise and eating can help to lose weight, but a person should exercise to be healthy.
