As we know, smoking is a known toxin, especially in cigarette smokers. It is also the most common cause of anemia among women. With a little bit of research, it is possible to take your iron levels up to the point where it will not cause iron deficiency anemia. For men, smoking can also cause iron deficiency, but it is rare.
While it is known that smoking can cause iron deficiency, there is no conclusive evidence that smoking can cause anemia. It is true that smoking can cause a lack of red blood cells, but this is rare and it is only when a person smokes a lot (and even then it is far less likely to cause anemia than drinking coffee or eating a candy bar). Although, even if you are a cigarette smoker, it is possible to avoid anemia by staying away from coffee and chocolate.
So if you are going to smoke, you should refrain from getting a free coffee on your honeymoon.
Iron is an important component of our blood, the stuff that allows our red blood cells to carry oxygen through our bodies. Without iron, our blood can’t move properly and therefore there is a risk of a heart attack. But there are several other lifestyle factors that can cause a lack of iron including a poor diet, smoking, and a number of medications. So even if you don’t smoke, you should probably avoid getting a free coffee on your married life.
The first time I smoked, I was very young and I was a smoker. I was also very skinny, so I knew that I was also going to be very low on iron. But I did it anyway because I really wanted to get a free coffee.
It seems that smoking affects the amount and quality of iron in your body. While you can’t stop smoking after you stop, you can use a pill or something that replaces the nicotine.
My husband and I have been smoking for the past three years and we absolutely love it. But we decided to quit because we thought it was just too hard to manage. I mean, I have a few friends who smoke who are great for life, but there are so many, so many other smokers that I guess it isn’t that hard. But the way you think about it, it just doesn’t make sense.
It does make sense, though. You might be surprised at how much nicotine is involved in the process of smoking. It is actually a lot like playing with fire, in that it burns your lungs and your brain. You inhale the smoke, which is a lot like eating a cigarette. Once it hits your bloodstream, you can’t stop it until you die, but you can die from a heart attack, or from lung cancer if you smoke a lot.
So your body is basically a supercomputer that is constantly monitoring your levels of iron in your blood, which keeps you safe. The only downside is that if you’re smoking a lot, you might have a harder time getting iron into your muscles, so you need to eat more often to get it from your bloodstream. Which might be a good thing for Iron Man.
There are many claims about how smoking can affect our iron levels. And there are plenty of people who say smoking causes cancer. That’s not a reason to quit. But to be clear, smoking tobacco is still bad for you. I’m going to give my take on the subject of smoking on one of my columns, so see the link above the headline or go to this link.
