The only time I drink a lot of water is when I’m feeling tired, and I’m usually drinking that before and after a workout. I’m not sure about the other times. Some people might say that I should drink more water during the day. I wouldn’t really say that, though. My body just needs water to stay hydrated, and a lot of people say that as well.
