I’ve been thinking about this lately. After living in NYC for a week, I’ve realized that I am more aware of my actions than I ever have been before. I’ve noticed a few times when I go from one place to another, I’ve had to consciously stop and take a few breaths. My body is a ‘map’ for this kind of thing. I’ve been using my body to create my reality.
Our brains are built to be “self-aware.” We are able to make “choices” and consciously monitor what we’re doing. But if we stop and take a few breaths, we can be “aware” of everything going on around us as well. After we’ve made a choice, we can also pause and take another breath. When we take a few more breaths, we can consciously monitor it all.
The act of focusing and taking breaths, like anything in our brains, is called “consciousness.” If we let ourselves be aware of everything, we can be aware of all the things we want to be aware of. But if we don’t take time to consciously monitor it all, then we don’t have a map to guide our choices and behaviors.
When we make a choice, we take a couple of breaths. That is consciousness. When we take a few more breaths, we are consciously monitoring our surroundings. We are consciously monitoring our actions.
Consciousness is the way that we monitor what is going on in our brains. Our consciousness is where our decisions are made. We put our conscious thoughts in our minds. But we also put our unconscious thoughts in our minds. We are thinking about our thoughts. Consciousness is the way we are aware of our thoughts. We can make good decisions by thinking about what we want to be aware of.

If you are trying to fix your relationship, then you are probably going to have to choose a different way of being aware of what you don’t want to be aware of.
I don’t know about you, but when I’m in a relationship with someone, I don’t want to be aware of all the things I don’t want to be aware of. But in order to make a good decision, we need to be aware of our own behavior. It’s hard for us to remember the things we do that we don’t want to be aware of. If we’re not aware of what we’re doing then we can’t be aware of our own behavior.
The answer to all of your questions comes in the form of your music. You can take it all the way to the point where you can’t hear your own music, but by that point you probably won’t be able to hear your own behavior either. I would argue that our music is the single most important thing we do, and that the way we listen to it is an absolutely critical part of our awareness.
