You’ll find that I tend to find myself on Instagram all day to post photos of things that I love, even if that means I am a little late for a run. I am always looking for the sunflower oil diet, and it is only because I am on Instagram, and I tend to scroll through all of the posts first before I am ready.
I started looking for it when I was on vacation in South Africa and realized that I was on Instagram, because I was there (and you should always check in on your own Instagram account) and I was also craving sunflower oil in the middle of a drought. The two things I found that really inspired my search were this article in Slate and this post on the Huffington Post.
I have always been fascinated by the differences between the types of fat in different foods and my first time with the oil itself. It’s made of sunflower, coconut, avocado, and olive oils, and it’s got a lot of health benefits, from reduced cholesterol to the fact that it can help to fight heart disease. But its health benefits have yet to be proven, and it’s expensive to buy.
Although I have gotten a lot of information about the oil itself from here and there, I have never seen a comprehensive review of the oil itself. I just keep going back to the article to see if I can find more information. It was also nice to see a video of it in action because I don’t think I’ve seen such a high quality one before.
I am very interested in knowing if cla sunflower oil does indeed help with your health or if it’s just another way to add more chemicals into my body. I know that the oil is supposed to promote weight loss, but if its a way to just mess with my body, then I dont see the point.
