I have to be honest. It’s not my first choice when I want to get a good night’s sleep, but it’s my favorite. It’s also the last thing I think about when I’m trying to unwind in a bed before going to sleep. My body actually knows when it’s time for me to get down and do the work.
You know the saying, “you’ll remember your dreams, but you might not”? That’s basically exactly what happens to a guy when he sleeps.
Well, I am no longer that guy. I know what I am capable of, and I do it all the time. But I know when I can and when not. There are times when I can sleep on my back or my side. When I can, its just natural. I can sleep on my stomach, but I don’t usually. My back just knows when Im ready. I can sleep on my stomach and my side at the same time, and I do, but I do.
Apex of the prostate is kind of like sleep apnea, the condition where your prostate doesn’t work well with your body. The same can be said about the ability to get up from a deep and comfortable sleep.
If you can get to the point where you can get to a point where you can get to a deeper level of sleep, then you can sleep. But if you can’t, then you can get up, but if you can’t get up, then you can’t sleep. That’s a good way to think of it.
This is why I think that the vast majority of the population has issues with sleep apnea. It is something that needs to be addressed, because it is a serious health issue. But I do think that there are some people who are more prone to sleep apnea and just need a little help to get to the point where they can sleep. I know this because I’ve had my own issues with sleep apnea. In the summer of 2005 I was having a lot of trouble sleeping.
I don’t know if you know that I suffer from apnea. I’ve been dealing with it for years. And I’ve been using all kinds of solutions over the years to deal with it. And if you know me, you know that I am very picky about what products I use. And I have to say that my solution was none of the ones I was thinking about. I went to a doctor who had a different diagnosis and he prescribed what I thought was a very good solution.
You probably don’t know that I am a huge proponent of natural health. I dont believe in pills for everything and am very much of a herbalist. And if you know me, you know that I like to know what I’m eating. I think that this is one of the biggest reasons that I suffer from sleep apnea. I put all of my money into natural remedies and most of the solutions out there are not very effective.
I’m not an expert in sleep apnea, but I could tell you that most of these remedies were not very effective. For instance, I was told by my doctor that I should eat a cup of raw nuts, but that made me sleep for hours on end (I was already exhausted and already taking a lot of naps) and made me feel like I wasn’t getting enough sleep.
What I was told by my doctor was that it was best not to eat nuts because they were good for your heart and brain, and it made you sleep more and wake up when your heart and brain were both in good shape. In my case, I was already tired and slept worse on the days I ate nuts because my heart and brain were already in bad shape.
