The Beginning:
It starts with a man on his journey to find clarity in the chaos of life. He has many unanswered questions about who he is, what this world really is and how to make sense of it all. The only thing he knows for sure is that he’s lost his way after a terrible storm swept him away from where he was living with what seems like his whole family. The man heads into the wild in search of peace and answers, but instead finds himself at odds with so many different forces: The Water Man, The Woman in the Mist, The Devil and The Angel.
The Middle:
He has to deal with The Water Man who is always trying to make him give up on his quest for answers and return to their cycle of life without any meaning or purpose. But he’s not going down that road again! He keeps encountering The Woman in The Mist, who is always telling him to go back and he’s just not listening! He knows The Devil wants nothing more than for The Water Man to succeed so that The Red Sea can continue on their unending cycle of life without any meaning or purpose.
And what about The Angel? What does she want with him? It seems The Devil and The Angel are at odds with each other, just like The Man in the Middle.
The End:
He will keep standing up to The Water Man because he knows The Woman in The Mist is not telling him the truth about what’s on “the other side”. He won’t back down from fighting for his purpose so that The Red Sea doesn’t have to feel like The Devil is winning.
He can always go back if he suddenly realizes The Woman in The Mist was telling the truth about what’s on “the other side” and The Angel is waiting for him, but until then…he will stand up against The Water Man and the chaos that follows.
