Sometimes we feel guilty for indulging in too many treats. We’re not all thin, aren’t all skinny, and most of us aren’t all super fat (or super skinny). We’re just not that good at making meals from scratch. For that matter, we’re not that good at all of it. We’re super busy, and we don’t have time to cook.
This is because when we spend too much time cooking, our bodies get tired and eventually start to break down. Our body fat is like a car tire and it needs to be replaced. Most of the time, we can afford to do this, but occasionally we can use the time to get more exercise. When that happens, our body fat levels fall to the point where we can no longer make good food. Most of us gain weight quickly when we eat too much.
You might be thinking, “Why can’t I just keep eating the delicious cookies and cakes I’ve been making for the past two weeks,” but if you really want to lose weight, it’s best to make healthy snacks for your meals. This is how you can reduce your cravings. Plus, many of us eat at least one unhealthy snack every day.
One way to think about it is to say that you can’t make good food if you don’t eat healthy foods. That’s why it’s important to take every opportunity to eat something that’s good for your body and is also good for you too. Our first and foremost goal is to eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and we’re also trying to limit our intake of meat, sugar, and fat.
The elderly who are the majority, tend to have a higher percentage of fat and meat, but you can probably blame that on their being more active, as well as their being more likely to be overweight. But we are focusing mostly on the overweight people who are the largest group. So they are already more likely to be overweight, and we want to help them become less so.
The elderly are the super spreaders in this game, and they’re the ones who are able to do the most for themselves. We’re trying to make sure that they’re eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and that they’re not eating meat, sugar, or fat. The elderly aren’t overweight, but they do tend to be obese.
So by default, the elderly will be obese, and we want to make sure that they’re eating less of it.

The problem is that most elder-friendly diets tend to be sugar-laden and generally low in protein. The old people we work with are actually pretty health conscious because they arent on a diet. We want to make sure that the elderly are eating healthier because when theyre old, theyre going to be more prone to diseases and illnesses.
