This is a word I use a lot with my clients.
Axillary is a term referring to a specific area of the body. A person with axillary self-awareness is aware of all of their body parts and can recognize when they feel discomfort. It’s a feeling that can develop in various parts of the body such as the back, legs, stomach, and back again.
I feel like axillary self-awareness is a useful skill to have as a client. It allows you to recognize when you feel uncomfortable about things and be able to make a decision about what to do about them.
It’s like a muscle. It tells you when you’re starting to lose it.
I have a friend who is a body builder and he does this all the time. He is always telling me to tighten my abs. I can tell when he is doing it because he always keeps his abs tight. I’m trying to get that muscle in my abs to tighten.
Axillary self-awareness is a skill that you can develop by doing a few simple exercises.
Axillary self-awareness is a skill that I think all of us can develop. It’s not a single skill. I do exercise and diet and all the other self-awareness things to keep my body healthy. But the important thing is that it’s something that you can develop. You have to keep practicing. I started this self-awareness thing after I got divorced.
If you look at the axillary as a muscle that controls your abs, you can see how important it is to get that muscle to tighten. The axillary can also be a very important muscle to develop. The more muscles that get used, the more you can maintain a good mood, and the more you can maintain a good health of your body. This is why it’s important to do a few exercises to develop it.
Now you may be thinking, “Oh, don’t be so negative, I’m not the one who should be getting into self-awareness!” And you are right. But you should also know that when you’re not aware of what you’re doing, what you’re doing can cause you damage.
For instance, if you watch how many steps you take every day, you will be surprised when you start to notice your step counting is slower, and when you notice that your body is a bit more tired than you would like, you might begin to question why you are even doing these steps at all.
