This is a short video I made about some things I feel are important for us to know about the Arabic World. We all live in a globalized culture and the Arab World especially is no different.
Just like the rest of the world, the Arabs are constantly in discussions and debates about how and why their society is in turmoil. If you want to understand the Arab World, you had better get up to speed on the latest news about it. To make things easier for our viewers, I’ve compiled a list of some of the most interesting stories I’ve heard and read.
The first is the story of an Egyptian man named Osama, who was arrested and sentenced to death for a terrorist bombing in Dubai. Ive seen this story on the news multiple times. Apparently he was found guilty but had the good fortune to die in a hospital instead.

You can find it by following the red brick wall that runs around the top of the building and going down a set of stairs. It’s hard to find, because it’s so close to the exit of the building, but there is a sign for the theater.
