We know it’s the most common question that I get asked, but it’s important to answer it anyway. For every inch you gain in size, you lose a couple of inches in your waistline.
Well, this is a real question. I’ve talked to a lot of people about it and, in general, the answer is, “well, it’s not really that simple.” After all, we’re not talking about the size of your chest or your waistline. What we’re talking about is your size as an adult. If you want to increase your size, you have to start by figuring out how much you want to grow.
The easiest way to find out how much you want to grow is by using your phone to calculate how much you will grow for the rest of your life. (And, of course, you should already know this, but I think it is worth repeating). I find this technique quite useful because it immediately tells you if you are on the right track. If your answer is “yes,” then you are on the right track and you’ll be able to keep getting bigger.
That is, unless you do some sort of weird thing that forces you to stop growing until you have to. Let’s say you are an athlete. You can’t just stop growing until you’re a half-inch taller; you have to stop growing all together. I recommend that you start by figuring out how much you want to grow for the rest of your life and then work your way up from there.
If you are a human, you will never stop growing. We are born with a body and lungs that need to expand. As we grow, we lose weight, which means we gain bone density. But bone density doesn’t happen until you start eating enough food for your body to absorb it. So the trick to becoming a taller human is to eat enough food, which is usually a combination of healthy foods and protein supplements. If you’re like me, you like to drink lots of water.
The real way to increase your size is to drink lots of water. The reason being is that water helps absorb the calcium and minerals in food and help your bones grow to their full height. Another way to do this is by taking supplements that help boost your levels of certain minerals. In this case, it is a combination of magnesium, zinc, and calcium. Other supplements that can help you grow are creatine and amino acids.

I don’t know what minerals you are taking but you will certainly get them all in your drink if you are taking these supplements. The good news is that you should be drinking lots of water because that will help you absorb the minerals and help grow your bones.
