A juvenile is someone under 18 years old. They do not have the right to make decisions about their own personal life. Their decisions are not theirs if they are wrong.
Now this is going to be a difficult one for me to answer. I am not a lawyer, so I can’t help you out. I really don’t know. But I do know that juvenile court does not exist for people under 18 years old.
I can only give you my opinion. My opinion is that they should not be using juvenile court.
If you think that juvenile court works as intended then you may be right. In fact, there are many reasons why I think that it doesn’t. I think the main reason is simply that juveniles have a right to make decisions that are within the law. Juveniles do not have the same rights as adults. Adults have the right to decide what is legal and what is illegal. Juveniles do not have that same right.
And this brings us to another reason why juvenile court is a bad idea: if you are going to use a court to determine whether someone should be held in juvenile custody, you need to make sure they are not doing something that is in violation of the law. If you are going to hold them in juvenile custody, you need to make sure they are not engaging in a crime or a violation of the law.
Juvenile justice. As we all know, being in juvenile detention is a terrible idea if it’s not in violation of the law. I mean, the worst thing anyone can do is to get a minor sent to juvie. But the problem is that a kid is a kid no matter what they are doing.
So I was told by a lawyer that it is illegal for juvenile inmates to be in public areas at a certain location and are not allowed to be outside of the confines of the facility. I find that odd, because I know the law, but I guess I was just being a silly kid. I don’t think this is really a legal issue, and no, I don’t have any legal training. But that’s the case for all juveniles.
The law says that juveniles must be in a school or home until they are 18 years of age. But the law is vague and does not specifically mention public areas. So it’s a little tricky. Juveniles must have a parent, or a guardian that they can see or contact. They cannot leave the premises. But if a kid is found in a public area, he is a juvenile. And the law is unclear on this aspect so I would think it is illegal.
Well, the newport law, as it stands now, is so vague, that it’s pretty hard to know what’s illegal and what is not. Its unclear as to whether it can be enforced. It’s also unclear what type of people can be found in public. There is no age limit, as far as the law is concerned. But if a juvenile is arrested, he’s still a juvenile because he is under age.
the newport law is not perfect. While I generally feel its a good idea to enforce it, the law as it stands for now is very vague. It is not illegal to be in public, but its not clear what happens when you are.
