I was just finishing up my latest post on nams when I made the disturbing discovery that, yes, it is possible that nams are actually a self-aware thing, and that the way we talk about nams is the way we talk about ourselves. A lot of this has to do with the history of the word, but that’s the core of it: in Greek, nam means ‘self’.
The very concept of self-awareness is quite odd. Self-awareness is the awareness that we have of ourselves. In fact, the way we think of ourselves (and ourselves as a concept) is so embedded into our language that we can’t really think of ourselves without thinking of ourselves. And that means that we also think of our own self-awareness as the very thing that makes that self-awareness self-aware.
Self-awareness is the awareness that we have of ourselves. But it’s also the awareness that we have of our environment and that, because our behavior is so embedded into our language, we think of our own behavior as the very thing that makes that behavior self-aware.
One of the most important ideas for any of us is to acknowledge that our behavior is embedded in our language and that the environment is embedded in our behavior. This is the basis for the concept of ego.
It is easy for our emotions to get in the way of self-awareness. One of the reasons that many of us get involved with drugs and alcohol is because these behaviors are self-aware. We know that we are doing things that are self-aware, even if we don’t know exactly what our self-awareness is. One of the many ways that people can learn to recognize their own behaviors as self-aware is to simply observe ourselves talking to ourselves.
The concept of self-awareness is a very old one. It’s the ability to notice ourselves within the larger world, to see ourselves in the larger context, and to be aware of our own minds.
A good example of this can be seen in the self-awareness of a person who has trouble dealing with the emotions around an event. Such a person might be a person who is afraid of heights in a situation where height awareness is a bit difficult, but instead of saying, “I can’t do this,” they instead say, “I can’t do this because I’m afraid of the fear.” And they go on a journey to try to overcome the fear.
In the same way, we can also see this in the self-awareness of a person who is unable to cope with the emotions around a situation or a task. This is an example of how a person with self-awareness can use the power of their self-awareness to help themselves.
A person unable to cope feels the emotions around a situation or a task, or a situation that they are unable to confront. As we are seeing here, they are able to help themselves by being aware of the emotions around the situation and the emotions surrounding a task, or the emotion that surrounds the task. This is the same thing as using the power of self-awareness to overcome a fear or a lack of self-awareness.
What self-awareness can be used for is self-awareness, but it is a form of self-awareness that can help itself. A person who has self-awareness can use the power of self-awareness to help themselves, but they can also use the power of self-awareness to help others. We like to think of self-awareness as the ability to take the power of our own thoughts and feelings and use it to help others.
