What is the worst thing that will happen to us if we can’t eat vegetables? Well, the worst part is that we’ll probably start to eat them less. I’m not talking about eating them once or twice a week. I’m talking about eating them once a day.
In the context of our current food crisis, that is a huge deal. The way our bodies work is that while we don’t want to eat too much, our bodies know that if we don’t we will die. So if your body knows that you’re going to die, it will make sure you get the nutrients your body needs to survive. This means you should be eating a lot of vegetables. The problem is that a lot of vegetables aren’t really very good for us.
So when we talk about vegetables, we mean the ones that are actually good for us. A lot of vegetables contain things that can be inflammatory. So if a vegetable is going straight into your mouth, its best to go for something that has a little bit of inflammation. But we often don’t realise that.
That is exactly the kind of thing that has us asking ourselves about vegetables. We are trying to get nutrients from what we eat. But if we are eating them for a long time and they are not actually what we eat, then they can actually cause inflammation and damage to our body.
To be honest, we did a lot of research on this. And we found that the best nutrients to get from vegetables are the ones that have high levels of inflammation-fighting antioxidants. If we eat a lot of vegetables that have inflammation-killing properties, we can actually prevent inflammation and pain by eating them. And we know that the best way to avoid inflammation is to avoid foods that are very inflammatory.
So, we’re probably a little biased on this, but we also know that if we have a healthy diet we don’t get sick more easily. And what we’re learning now is that if we have an unhealthy diet, our bodies just don’t work that well. We don’t get a healthy immune system. When we have inflammation, our whole body gets affected. And that’s why inflammation is such a danger. And so, we can actually prevent inflammation by getting enough nutrients that block inflammation.
So what are the foods that you should be avoiding? Well, here are some things we learned about in our research.
For starters, avoiding wheat, dairy, and alcohol. These all promote inflammation. So if you don’t have those, you won’t have as much inflammation and you’ll have a healthier immune system.
We’d also like to say that our research uncovered some more surprising truths about other foods that may not have been known before. For example, the fact that fish and nuts are a great source of omega-3s. That’s because omega-3s help reduce inflammation. So if you’re allergic to nuts, you should be eating them as well.
We also recently discovered that omega-3s may help to lower LDL cholesterol, which in turn may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. So if youre at any risk of this, it may be a good idea to include omega-3s in your diet.
