The first step in feeling better is to realize that you want to feel more alive. If youve been feeling better for a long time, now is the time to start making positive changes in your life. If youve been feeling bad, this is the time to start making changes in your life.
In the best case, the change will come when you realize that you just have to be yourself no matter what and you have nobody in your life that you can point to and say you deserve to be happy. This is the time you need to stop thinking that you have to be happy and start thinking that you have to be happy.
