I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been included as one of the featured speakers at the upcoming kchi news event. This is the first time I’ve ever been asked to speak at an event that celebrates kchi, the Japanese fermented vegetable, on a national level. It’s also something I’ve wanted to do ever since my first kchi cook-off back in 2014.
Since then, Ive been invited to speak to a number of kchi-related events. The best of these was the one in 2017 when I was invited to speak to a group of kchi enthusiasts.
I know, I know, kchi news is still new, but it seems to be growing in popularity, and I’m excited to share my insights and recipes with the kchi community. I always find it useful to talk to people who follow the food and drink scene, and so in this case, I’m hoping that Ive found a bunch of new fans.
This is the type of food I like to cook. I like to make things that go with what I’m eating, so I don’t feel like I’m getting much use for the money I’m spending on food these days. To be fair, I get paid for making food, but I mostly make it from scratch. That said, I make a large contribution in the kitchen with everything.
Im a fan of all types of food, whether its a dish of rice and vegetables with a meaty gravy or something more exotic.
In any case, Im hoping that Ive found a bunch of new fans.In the past few months, Im been getting a lot of mail asking me to make some sort of video that shows off my cooking skills, and this is the type of food I get asked to make. I do not make food like this for money, but I do enjoy taking people out to dinner and showing them a few dishes that I know how to make.
Yeah, I get a lot of requests like that. This video is the first one Ive done ever that makes use of my voice-over, and I hope it will be the first video of its kind that will be featured on the site. I made this a while back for a friend’s birthday, but there are a lot of things Ive made that are similar to each other in terms of style and overall presentation.
Some of these dishes are made with a lot of care and love. Others are made with all the effort of a hungry man in a wheelchair. The former should be obvious while the latter may not be. The problem is that the food I make looks like it’s not worth the effort. I would love to be able to say, “Yeah, this looks good! I’m not gonna bother with anything else.” But I think that’s a bit of an overstatement.
Some people will say that there’s a point in time where it is more important to make good food than to make quality food. I guess there is. At the same time though, I think it would be nice to be able to say that your food looks great but is too heavy or hard to eat. And I would like to be able to say that your food is better than any other because of the effort you put into it.
That’s one of the many, many reasons I love food. I like to look at it in different ways, and you can find people who do the same thing. If you like your food heavy but still tasty, I don’t think you need to worry about being too heavy. If you enjoy your food light, then you might want to make sure that the recipe calls for too much salt for example. There’s just no way to know.
