What I love about this article is how the author talks about the importance of self-awareness. He cites studies that have shown that people who have greater self-awareness are in better health, they are more likely to keep their jobs, and they are more likely to find better jobs. Self-awareness is one of the most important things that we can do to make ourselves better, and more aware.
This is especially important when you’re trying to be healthy. It’s been shown in both research and anecdotal evidence that people who feel less stress tend to be healthier. This same phenomenon is why people who live balanced lives tend to have fewer illnesses such as diabetes and heart-disease.
This is definitely a good thing. But while there are very clear health benefits to doing so, it also comes with a lot of drawbacks. In a way, self-awareness can actually be a bad thing. Because your ability to feel the stress in your life goes up when you start feeling self-aware. This is what I call the “I feel the stress, you feel the stress” effect.
It’s not just that having self-awareness makes it harder to feel stress. It’s also that the more you think about the stress in your life, the more you automatically feel the stress. The more you think about your problems, the more you automatically feel the stress. And since it takes a pretty strong person to feel stress, it’s not surprising that many people who have a strong sense of self-awareness end up feeling stressed out about other things as well.
I have a theory about this. If we can feel stress, then its no surprise that we feel stressed out about other things. This theory is backed up by research, but its based on a simple experiment, and I think the results are pretty clear. In the experiment, participants were placed in a room with a box on the floor for them to sit in.
This experiment showed that people who had a strong sense of self-awareness were much more likely to be more stressed out over things they didn’t even know they were stressed over. If you’re stressed over something that you don’t know you’re stressed over, you’re much more likely to feel worse about it.
