It’s not uncommon to see people on the street twitching in the middle of the day, a bit like they are watching a movie the whole time. When people twitching is caused by something unexpected, it is usually a reminder that this is how we are.
It’s common to see people twitching when they are trying to relax, when they are trying to get some fresh air, when they are feeling stressed, and most of the time when they are having a bad day. It’s what happens when our bodies send out a “twitch” signal to certain parts of our brains and tell them to relax. It’s what happens when our hearts are beating erratically and our heads are spinning.
The good news is that Covid-19 is only going to get worse. And we are going to be more aware of it. So we need to take care of ourselves, and we need to take care of each other. And all this means we need to focus on what we can control, what we can do, and how we can be aware of our own triggers.
It turns out that Covid-19 is actually just a “covid” that happens to be a virus. In other words, it’s not a death-sentence. And this is actually a good thing because it means we can take care of ourselves. We can exercise a little self-awareness, and I know for myself I’m not a huge fan of stress. And I also know that the best way to relax is to just do nothing.
But I do find that I often get the feeling that I’m overthinking things. The whole stress thing is a bit of a cognitive overload, I think. I know it’s not going to kill me, but it’s something I try to be aware of.
Its like a muscle. If you keep constantly having to squeeze it to make sure it doesn’t move, you are going to have a real hard time relaxing. I found that when I was playing The Banner Saga, my partner and I were constantly doing a game of cat-and-mouse. We would start out by just fighting the virus, and then we would start doing things in a way that would keep the virus from spreading, such as playing in the rain or playing solitaire.
It’s possible that covid is making us twitchy because we’re finding it harder to stop and think about what’s happening. It’s also possible that we’re just not using the “stop and think” part of our brains as often as we should.
Are people twitchy because they have a sense of urgency? Are we twitchy because we are thinking too much about what’s happening? We’ve also found that we actually find it harder to think when we are in low-level-thinking mode. It is easier to just sit and watch our hands for signs of infection. The reason why we found this to be so effective is because we just let our thoughts run free.
Now I know what you’re thinking. Did I just use the word “let” as an adjective? Well, yes I did. But it’s not that you “let” your thoughts run free. It’s that you “let” your thoughts run free. We could say, “let my thoughts run free” but that does not mean you can not think.
In fact, allowing your thoughts to run free may not be such a good idea. One study found that those who let their thoughts run free tended to get sick sooner and died more often than those who controlled them. It seems that by simply letting your thoughts run free, we are actually putting our health at risk.
